Course Overview

Beyond Akwaaba is a continuation-level beginner Twi course for learners who have completed
Akwaaba (BL1A) or who are already comfortable with basic greetings and introductions.

This course expands learners’ ability to communicate in everyday contexts by focusing on
vocabulary growth, sentence development, and practical conversation. Students learn to
describe feelings, routines, past events, and simple future plans while strengthening
listening and speaking confidence.

• Week 4: Talking about daily routines using habitual tense

• Week 5: Describing current and past events through guided storytelling

• Week 6: Making simple future plans, milestones, and course wrap-up
